Change the language of your CxPlanner interface

Overview

How do I view CxPlanner in my preferred language?

CxPlanner supports multiple languages and allows users to change their personal interface language. If your preferred language is not supported natively, you can use Google Chrome’s translation features to view the platform in any language.

This is a user-specific setting and will only apply to your account — not across the company.

Option 1: Change language from CxPlanner’s settings

Use this when your preferred language is supported natively.

Supported native CxPlanner interface languages:

  • English
  • Danish
  • Dutch
  • Spanish
  • German

Steps:

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Scroll to the Language section
  4. Select your preferred language from the dropdown

This setting updates the interface language across all devices you're logged into.
