Company Admin Settings

This page is specifically for the settings that the company administrator has access to. This is not the same as a project administrator. For information regarding Project Administrator access and rights, see our Company User Groups on a Project Help page.


Company Administrator Settings


In order to access the company settings, you need to be the Company Administrator for your CxPlanner license


To access the company profile settings, navigate to the Avatar in the top right corner > Company Profile, and select one of the setting options.

Company Agreement


This is where you can see the different company statistics and limits, as well as increase limits for features that have set limits. Limits are defined by the company license. Available statistics and limits include:


  • Number of projects
  • Available storage
  • Number of users on your platform
  • Number of tasks on your platform
  • Overview of the Plugins / Modules available on your license. If you don't have access to a feature, module or plug-in that you need access to, please contact us for more information.



The login link allows you customize the login-page for your users.
When using the login link your company name will be shown on the login-page.
If you have uploaded you company logo, then the logo will also be shown.



Here you can upload your company logo, which then will be shown instead of CxPlanner's logo on PDF reports.



Project Overview


This is all the projects created by users within your company. This only shows the name of project and the author. You cannot change or access the projects here. Please contact the project owner, if you want to gain access.


Standard Project


As your company's administrator, you can set a project standard. That means that every project created will use the same settings. It can ensure that you always use the same folder structure, the same categories, the same checklists, etc.


Select the project from below and adjust the settings. To select a project, the project must have "status" set to "Template". You can change that from within the project settings.


Note: Tasks will not be copied from the template project.


Warning: This will affect all new projects created by your company.


Report Settings


Customize the output design of PDFs. These changes will affect all PDFs exported from projects on your CxPlanner license. Features that can be customized include:


  • Page size
  • Header and footer information
  • Header and footer colors
  • Checklist Specifics


Security


This is your company's security page. These features should only be used if you are sure what you want to achieve. If you have security related questions, please do not hesitate to reach out in the chat. Features include:


  • Signed-in time
  • Log out single user
  • Log out everyone
  • Send reset-password email to a single user

API


This is where you can access your company's API keys.
