Company Settings for the platform Administrator

Overview

How do I access and manage company-wide settings in CxPlanner?

The Company Settings page in CxPlanner gives you access to license-level configurations such as report customization, security, and platform defaults. These settings affect the entire organization and require elevated access.

Only users with the Company Administrator role can access and modify these settings.

When and why to use this

Use the Company Settings page when you need to:

  • Update company-wide branding (logo, login link, etc.)
  • Manage platform usage (storage, projects, users)
  • Set standard project templates
  • Customize report outputs
  • Enforce security measures
  • Access company-level API keys

Key points:

  • These settings apply to the entire CxPlanner license - not just a single project.
  • Project settings are not accessible from here.
  • Changes affect all future use unless otherwise noted.

How to - step by step

  1. Click your Avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Company Profile
