Overview: push notifications on iPhone
Push notifications for CxPlanner on iPhone are enabled from the browser Notifications settings while logged in through Safari or another web browser, which is used when you want alerts on your phone without relying on the App Store app.
Push notifications cannot be enabled in the CxPlanner app from the App Store.
- Your role can be any role.
- You can find the menu at Profile icon - Notifications - push notifications at the bottom of the page.
- This changes whether CxPlanner can send push alerts to your iPhone through the browser.
How to enable push notifications on iPhone
- Open CxPlanner on your iPhone using Safari or your preferred web browser.
- Log in to your CxPlanner account.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Notifications.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Enable push notifications.

Once push notifications are enabled, CxPlanner can send notifications to your iPhone through the browser.
