How do I enable push notifications on iPhone?
You can enable push notifications for CxPlanner on iPhone through Safari or your preferred web browser. Unfortunately, it is not possible to enable push notifications when using the CxPlanner app downloaded from the App Store.
When and why to use this
Use push notifications to receive updates and alerts from CxPlanner directly on your iPhone.
- Push notifications can be enabled through a web browser on iPhone.
- Push notifications cannot be enabled through the CxPlanner app from the App Store.
- You must be logged in to CxPlanner in Safari or another web browser.
- Notification settings are managed from your profile under Notifications.
How to - step by step
- Open CxPlanner on your iPhone using Safari or your preferred web browser.
- Log in to your CxPlanner account.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Notifications.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Enable push notifications.

Behavior and results
Once push notifications are enabled, CxPlanner can send notifications directly to your iPhone through the browser.
