Linking a YubiKey to your CxPlanner profile
TLinking a YubiKey to your CxPlanner profile adds an extra layer of security by requiring physical verification during login. A YubiKey works as a hardware-based two-factor authentication device, ensuring that only you can access your account.
When and why to use this
Using a YubiKey increases protection against unauthorized access, especially in sensitive or high-security projects.
- Use it when your organization requires two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Ideal for Admins or Managers who handle sensitive project data
- Once linked, your YubiKey will be required for each login
- Only one YubiKey can be linked per user at this time
Guide - How to Link Your YubiKey:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select "Profile" from the menu.
- Scroll down to the "YubiKey" section.
- Connect your YubiKey to your computer and tap it.
- When a code appears, save it.
Once your YubiKey is linked, it will be required to verify your identity each time you log in to CxPlanner.
