Manage and Use Templates in the Template Center

Overview: Template Center management

The Template Center in CxPlanner lets you create, manage, and import checklist templates - including commissioning tests, quality assurance, quality control, and site inspection templates - from a central library outside any individual project, which is used to standardize testing procedures across projects.

For Excel-only import steps, see the Excel checklist import guide. For locking a finished template, see the lock-template guide.

  • Your role must be Company Admin to create or edit company templates. Any user can browse and view CxPlanner templates.
  • You can find the menu at Template Center in the main sidebar (outside any project).
  • This changes template availability across projects and which checklists can be assigned to assets.

Only users with the company role Company Admin can create or edit company templates. Any user can browse and view CxPlanner templates.
