Upload and manage your company logo
Overview: upload company logo
The Logo section in Company Profile lets Company Admins upload one company logo that appears on reports and exported documents, which is used when client-facing PDFs should show your branding instead of the default CxPlanner mark.

- Your role must be Company Admin.
- You can find the menu at Profile icon - Company Profile - Logo.
- This changes the logo used on company reports and exports. Only one logo is active at a time.
How to upload a company logo
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Company Profile.
- Go to the Logo section.
- Click Browse, select your logo, and upload it.

- The logo appears on reports and documents generated in CxPlanner
- A new upload replaces the previous logo across reports
- Existing report files already downloaded are not rewritten until you export again
Troubleshooting: company logo
Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
Logo does not appear in reports | Logo was not uploaded or an old export is open | Re-upload the logo under Logo, then export a new report and refresh the file |
Upload button is not available | Your company role is not Company Admin | Ask a Company Admin to upload the logo, or to raise your company role |
Logo looks blurry | Source image resolution is too low | Upload a higher-resolution PNG or JPG and export again |
