View checklists assigned to you

Overview


How do I view the checklists assigned to me?


The Assigned to you section provides a quick way to see all checklists connected to you, your company, or your user groups. This shortcut helps you stay updated without searching through projects.


All users have access to this global overview and project overview



When and why to use this


Use this feature when you need a fast overview of tasks that require your attention. It is especially useful for contractors and mobile users.


  • When you are personally assigned to a checklist
  • When your company is assigned
  • When one of your user groups is assigned
  • The filter lets you control exactly which assignments you want to see
  • Available both on the global dashboard and within individual projects



How to - step by step


  1. Go to the Dashboard or open a specific Project.
  2. Locate the Assigned to you section.
  3. Use the filter options to select:
  • Personally assigned
  • Assigned to your company
  • Assigned to your user groups
  1. Tap the checklist to open and work on it.

Behavior and results


The Assigned to you section dynamically updates based on your role and connections:


  • Personal assignment - shows checklists where you are directly added.
  • Company assignment - shows checklists linked to your company.
  • User group assignment - shows checklists assigned to groups you belong to.

You are not directly linked (user, company, or group)

Verify assignment with the project manager
