The main of getting support in CxPlanner is through our chat-support. You can always find the chat-icon in the bottom right corner - just click on it to start a chat!

Hide the chat icon



By default, our chat support icon is visible at the bottom right of the screen. You can always write to us if you have questions or need help.

If you don't want the chat icon to be visible, you can hide it. When you hide it, it will only be hidden on the device you hid it on. You can always bring it up again.

Don't have time to wait for the reply?



If you don't have time to wait for a reply, you can just close the chat and we will then simply send a reply by email.

Chat is not visible



Are you missing the chat icon? This could be the reason:

Using: A company based firewall (Fortinet or a Fortigate)
Using: Ghostery, DuckDuckGo Privacy, Brave Browser, or Avira Browser Safety
Using: Adblockers or privacy extensions.
Using: A VPN to route your traffic
