Fix camera access issues on mobile and tablet

Overview: fix camera access on mobile

Camera failures in CxPlanner are usually caused by outdated software, denied browser permissions, or device security settings. This guide restores in-app photo capture for tasks and checklists.

  • Your role can be any company role on your own device.
  • You can find the settings on the device, browser site settings, or the CxPlanner app permissions.
  • This restores photo capture in tasks, checklists, and reports.

All company roles can perform these checks on their own device.

What blocks the camera

  • Denied browser or app camera permission
  • Outdated OS or very old hardware
