Fix Error 503 when logging in
Overview: fix Error 503 on login
A 503 error during login can appear when CxPlanner security filters flag the request, or when browser tools block or alter the login. Any user can hit this. It is not usually wrong credentials.
- Your role can be any CxPlanner user.
- You can find the login page at https://app.cxplanner.com.
- This restores login access for your user.
How to fix Error 503 on login
- Try logging in from a different browser, for example Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
- Temporarily turn off your password manager.
- Disable ad blockers for CxPlanner.
- Go to https://app.cxplanner.com, and try to sign in again.
- If the error continues, clear the browser cache, and retry.
- If it still fails, contact CxPlanner Support via chat, and include browser name, extensions, and whether a VPN is active.

Results: login restored
- After the interfering tool is disabled, login proceeds normally
- The error is not caused by wrong credentials alone
