Enable high resolution images in exports
Overview: high resolution images in exports
The high resolution image setting in Company Profile exports reports with full-quality images by disabling automatic image compression, which is used when photo quality matters for handover or QA documentation.
It requires company role Admin.
- Your role must be Company Admin.
- You can find the menu at profile icon - Company Profile - Report Settings.
- This changes image quality and file size for all exports across the company account.
How to enable high resolution images
- Click your profile icon in the top right.
- Select Company Profile.
- Open Report Settings.
- Enable Use high resolution images (High storage and slow).
- Save your changes.

Results: high resolution exports
- New exports use maximum available image quality
- Existing exports are unchanged until you export again
Troubleshooting: high resolution images
Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
Setting is not visible | Your company role is not Admin | Ask a Company Admin to enable the setting, or to grant Admin access |
Images still look low quality | Export was created before the setting, or cache | Re-export the report after enabling the setting |
Platform feels slower | High resolution processing increases load | Expected. Disable the setting if performance is unacceptable |
