Enable high resolution images in exports

Overview: high resolution images in exports

The high resolution image setting in Company Profile exports reports with full-quality images by disabling automatic image compression, which is used when photo quality matters for handover or QA documentation.

It requires company role Admin.

  • Your role must be Company Admin.
  • You can find the menu at profile icon - Company Profile - Report Settings.
  • This changes image quality and file size for all exports across the company account.

This setting affects all users and all exports on the company account. It increases storage use and can slow the platform.

How to enable high resolution images

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right.
  2. Select Company Profile.
  3. Open Report Settings.
  4. Enable Use high resolution images (High storage and slow).
  5. Save your changes.
