Enable native camera on Microsoft Surface laptop/tablet
On certain devices - such as the Microsoft Surface - CxPlanner may detect the device as a laptop, even though it functions as a tablet. In these cases, the native camera button will be hidden by default.
To ensure a better user experience, you can manually enable this feature so the camera button is shown just like on a tablet.
Note: This feature is only visible on devices such as the Microsoft Surface
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Account Settings.
Find and enable the option “Show camera button on Surface devices.”
Once enabled, the camera button will appear in your CxPlanner interface, allowing you to take photos directly from your device.
