Overview
Why are my pop-up windows in CxPlanner shaking?
If you notice that pop-up windows (for example when importing a template) are shaking or flickering, it’s usually caused by your browser zoom settings. Adjusting the zoom level to 100% normally resolves the problem.

- Pop-up windows shake, flicker, or appear unstable when performing an action.
- You are importing templates or working in project settings.
- You have adjusted your browser zoom level away from the default (100%).

How to - step by step
- Use the magnifier icon
- Click the magnifier icon in your browser and select Clear.
- Use the browser menu
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.
- Look for the Zoom option and reset it to 100%.
- Use a keyboard shortcut
- Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac).
- Scroll up or down with your mouse, or press
+
/-
to adjust zoom until it is set to 100%.
Behavior and results
- At zoom levels other than 100%, pop-up windows may not display properly and will shake or shift on screen.
