Setting login duration for your company
For security reasons, all users on CxPlanner are automatically logged out after 60 days. However, it is recommended to keep this period as short as possible to minimize security risks - it can be set as low as 1 day.
Only the company administrator can change this setting.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Company profile.
Go to the Security tab.
Find the login duration field and choose the desired duration (max. 365 days).
Note that this change only applies to new login sessions and will not immediately log users out.
