Overview
How do I get support directly inside CxPlanner?
The fastest way to get help is by using the built-in chat support. The chat icon is always available in the bottom-right corner of your screen. From there you can connect directly with our support team.
When and why to use this
Chat support is the quickest way to get direct help while working in CxPlanner.
Use chat support when:
- You have a quick question about using a feature.
- You encounter an issue you cannot solve on your own.
- You need help troubleshooting permissions or setup.
System behavior:
- Replies are sent directly in the chat window.
- If you close the chat, answers will be delivered by email.
- The chat icon can be hidden on a device but remains active for your account.
Limitations:
- Replies may not always be instant outside business hours.
- Some browser extensions, firewalls, or VPNs can block the chat widget.
How to - step by step
Start a chat
- Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of CxPlanner.
- Click the icon to open the chat window.
- Write your message and wait for a reply.
Hide or show the chat icon
- Click on your profile icon.
- Click on the "chat-support icon" option from the dropdown menu.
- The chat icon will disappear on this device only.
To bring it back, repeat the steps and toggle it on.
Get a reply by email
- Write your question in the chat.
- Close the chat window if you don’t have time to wait.
- Our reply will be sent to your email address.
Behavior and results
- The chat is device-specific when hidden - hiding it on one device will not affect others.
- Replies sent while you are offline will always be delivered by email.
- Chat availability can be affected by your network security or browser setup.
Troubleshooting
