Bulk performing checklists

Overview: bulk perform checklists

Bulk perform lets you apply PASS, FAIL, or N/A across many checklists that share the same template, which is used when testing large sets of equipment such as hundreds of VAV boxes from a BMS station.

For structural bulk edits such as move, copy, or delete, see Bulk edit checklists.

  • Your role must be Manager or Admin.
  • You can find the menu at project checklists - Menu - Bulk edit many items.
  • This changes checklist execution results and reporting for every selected checklist.

Only users with the project role Manager or Admin can perform bulk actions on checklists.

How to bulk perform checklists

  1. Open your project and go to Menu.
  2. Select Bulk edit many items.
  3. Select one checklist. CxPlanner finds other checklists with the same template.

  5. Click a yellow line item row to edit that checklist item across the group when results must differ.
  6. Use the yellow bar at the bottom to review PASS and FAIL counts.
