Even the most well-structured checklist system can feel slow when you're navigating through hundreds or even thousands of checklists in a large project. Completing one checklist and then having to scroll through a long list to find the next one can be frustrating and time-consuming.
To make this process faster and more intuitive, we’ve added breadcrumb navigation to checklists.
With the breadcrumb navigation, you can instantly jump to any sibling or parent checklist with just a few clicks. No need to go back to the overview or scroll endlessly - just click and move on.
It’s a small feature that makes a big difference in your daily workflow.
How to use the checklist breadcrumb navigation
Follow these steps to quickly navigate between checklists:
- Open a checklist from your project.
- Click on the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the checklist.
- Select a parent checklist or a sibling checklist from the dropdown menu.
- You’ll be taken directly to the selected checklist – no extra clicks needed.
