Hit the ground running with your own Template-center, where you can manage all of your checklists and test sheets. The Template-center let's you either create your own checklists and test sheets, or use CxPlanner's default templates. What can you do in the Template-center There multiple ways to work with templates, but the main ways are: Create personal templates you use own your own projects Share templates with your company and streamline your workflows Import your ExcelSome readersCreate a new checklist template
When you have opened the Template-center you should see a view like the one below. You can navigate between the Public, Company-shared and Private templates in the different menus. You easily import your existing checklist and test sheets into CxPlanner's structure. Use the method below or contact our support-team, who will do the importing for you directly! CxPlanner provides seamless bi-directional synchronization with Excel spreadsheets. This makes it very easy to input data into the platform upfront and update it during the project. A special feature you can use in the line items is our attributes . By using this feature, you can embed/populate values from the equipment/checklist and use them directly in the line items. Take this example: At the checklist level, you have already specified the manufacturer name to be Mitsubishi. Within the line items, it's possible to use that value.
